Alyssa Villaflor is our assistant office manager. She is also a certified medical assistant and a phlebotomist with an active BLS certification. She brings dynamic energy, patience, empathy and experience to our team. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Alyssa uses her bilingual skills to bridge language barriers and deliver exceptional, culturally sensitive care.
Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys video games, building Legos, nurturing plants, and spending time with her dogs. A proud native of Southwest Detroit, she deeply connects with the community she serves, enhancing her ability to meet its needs effectively.
