Rocio is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with deep roots in southwest Detroit. Born and raised in the community, Rocio is fluent in Spanish and committed to providing culturally sensitive care to patients of all backgrounds. After earning a Master's degree from the nation's top-ranked nursing program at Johns Hopkins University, she furthered her education with a second Master's degree from the University of Michigan. With a strong background in women's health, Rocio is passionate about empowering patients to make informed decisions about their health. When not caring for patients, Rocio enjoys gardening, spending time with family, and attending events like operas and ballets.
